Gouache on paper. This piece is from an early course in my studies at Bezalel. The palette of colors is taken from a non related image (some commercial postcard). First thing was to decide which colors would I use, then choose a landscape and paint it with my new colors. I chose the backyard of my mother in law. This color work was a great pleasure for me, and I hope to make more paintings by the same method as soon as I finish my final project, and then of course I’ll add the best to “Dina’s art world”, to share it with you.

Great bold colors! I don’t usualy like landscapes but this is unusual enough to get me to look twice.
I also used to not like landscape, but sometimes there is something unusual that makes me think maybe it is interesting after all. So I try it from time to time. I saw some of your paintings, it may be interesting to see your landscape painting when you are used to paint women, there is something in common between a woman and a land.
